Overview
José Marin Plazuelo was born in Granada in 1960. He is the nephew and student of Antonio Marin Montero. He began an apprenticeship with his uncle in 1974 and shortly after started to build guitars under his own name. His guitars are always very fine instruments, entirely French polished, with subtle black/white geometric mosaics. They are often played in great concert-halls all around the world by professional guitarists and have a typical warm Spanish sound.
This very nice guitar was built in 2016 and is in excellent condition with no cracks nor repairs. It has a very direct response and an impressive volume. As a result of the low strings action, this guitar is unbelievably easy to play. A warm deep sound characterizes the basses and the treble are rather very clear with a lot of sustain and overtones.
