Buying a guitar is a special decision. We respect your choice and want you to feel secure at every step. That’s why every Siccas Guitars client has 14 days to try out the instrument in their own space, with peace of mind.
If something doesn’t feel right you can always return your guitar.
- 14 days for a return, no unnecessary questions
- We refund the full purchase price and standard delivery
- You get your money back the same way you paid
How does it work?
- Inform us of your decision to return the guitar by sending us an email or calling us using the contact information available on our contact us page - within 14 days after receiving the guitar.
- Pack the instrument carefully to protect it in transit.
- Once you inform us about your decision to return, you have 14 days to ship the guitar to us.
Important details:
- Returns are possible for all standard instruments. Exceptions: custom orders and items made specifically for you.
- You only pay the return shipping.
- If the instrument was only tried out to check its sound and playability, and was not used beyond that, you will receive a full refund. Your task is to avoid damaging the instrument and to return it in its original condition.
- No extra questions or explanations required.
