Rafael Moreno - 2005
Overview
Overview
This classical guitar was built by Rafael Moreno in 2005. He’s considered one of the best guitar makers in the world. He started at the age of 13 to work in the workshop of Manuel Lopez Bellido and later he worked also with Antonio Marin Montero and Eduardo Ferrer Castillo. Finally, in 1976, he opened his workshop Calle Jesus y Maria, Granada. The top is made of spruce, back and sides are made of Amazonas rosewood. The bridge has twelve symmetric holes to fix the strings. The basses are well-balanced and harmonize very well with the brilliant trebles. The easy playability of this guitar makes it a perfect instruments for professional virtuosos. There are some minor signs on the top and the back. All French-polished. The tuners are made by Rubner. A Hiscox Pro II case is included.

Classical Guitar
The classical guitar, with its soft nylon strings and characteristic timbre, has become a symbol of chamber music, Spanish tradition, and concert repertoire. Its modern form was shaped by Antonio de Torres in the 19th century, setting the standard for the body, fan bracing, and the 65-centimeter scale length that are still used today. Instruments in this category open up a rich palette from the refined Romantic miniatures of Tárrega to the majestic concertos of Rodrigo. Here you will find guitars that preserve historical continuity and at the same time inspire new interpretations.Look all products of the collection -
