Davide Scacchi is an exceptionally talented Italian luthier based in Milan. He is one of the few elite Italian luthiers to have apprenticed with Enrico Bottelli. Davide’s work is therefore characterized by a sense of aesthetics, sensitivity, and a highly developed level of craftsmanship.
What a pleasure to receive a second guitar from Davide, and once again, chapeau! It is a lovely instrument with rich marquetry and great attention to detail. This guitar has a deep and responsive sound, incredibly easy to play. The basses have a warm sound combined with precise and crystalline trebles. If you are looking for a guitar made by a highly talented luthier, still under the radar, this one is definitely a fantastic choice.
