About the luthier

Daniele Marrabello is a highly regarded Italian luthier whose work is rooted in careful training and a refined sense of sound and aesthetics. After studying guitar making at the Civica Scuola di Liuteria in Milan, he became a pupil of Enrico Bottelli, deepening his woodworking skills, visual identity, and tonal understanding under the guidance of the respected maestro. In 2012, Marrabello opened his own workshop in Vimodrone, on the outskirts of Milan, where he continues to build classical guitars with a clear attention to musical balance, elegance, and detail.

About the guitar

This 2026 Daniele Marrabello No. 193 is a traditional concert guitar with a spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, a fully French polished finish, and Kris Barnett tuners. With its 650 mm scale, 51 mm nut width, and light weight below 1.4 Kg, it offers a familiar concert setup with a responsive and finely balanced character. The sound is focused and elegant, with clear separation between voices, long sustain, and a singing quality in the upper register. Its basses have depth and resonance without clouding the texture, supporting a musical voice that remains articulate, refined, and expressive across the range. This is a traditional guitar with a poised sound world, shaped by clarity, control, and a naturally lyrical character.
