Overview
Andreas Kirschner one of the best and most sought-after German luthiers of double-top guitars. His philosophy as a luthier is focused on the sound quality and on optimizing the tone of the classical guitar. He is therefore closely working with professional guitarists since many years in order to build an instrument that fulfils the artists’ expectations. His guitars are built with a high level of workmanship and rank among the finest double-top instruments.
This 2018 cedar double-top guitar came directly from A. Kirschner’s workshop. Only a few notes are enough to identify the incredible tone qualities of this guitar. It has rich developing overtones and great volume. The sustain is nice and consistent all over the registers, making this guitar a very balanced instrument. The richness of colour is very impressive and minimal right-hand motion open whole new possibilities. Scheller tuners are insuring a very stable tune and show that all the details of this guitar were really brought to the best level.
