For me, learning never stops. Every guitar I build gives me new insights, sparks new ideas, takes me further. I learned from the master guitar builder Kolya Panhuyzen. For my guitars I fall back on well-tried techniques (German construction) and feel committed to traditional guitar building. In order to develop a better field of vision, I constantly research the history, mechanics and sound characteristics of the guitar. In doing so, an exchange with colleagues and musicians is indispensable. In addition to the acoustics, aesthetics and (sound) quality, I place particular emphasis on the playability of my guitars. Each guitar is unique with a tone as unique as its playing style.
