Marco Lijoi
I entered the world of music at the age of four with the Suzuki method and the classical guitar. After graduating from classical high school and a year of Physics at the University of Turin, I combined my passion for wood and music by attending a one-year violin-making course held by Master Luthier Aldo Illotta in Biella. The following year I entered the Civica Scuola di Liuteria in Milan. Here, after studying for four years under the guidance of the best Italian violinmaking masters, I obtained my diploma as a Master Violinmaker. During this time I started my own business and worked for two years at the prestigious Salvi harp brand in Piasco (CN).
